- 4 segments of 4 oz. Salmon Filet
- 2 Medium-sized peaches, chopped
- 1 Cup heirloom tomatoes, chopped

- ¼ cup Fresh Lime juice
- 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
